We’re a small UK-based business that works on behalf of schools to offer high-quality spirit wear — without any hassle, stock management, or upfront costs. Think of us as your school’s online spirit wear partner.

3. Where does the money go?
A portion of every sale goes directly back to your school or PTA, helping fund enrichment activities, trips, creative resources, and more. Spirit iNK retains a small service fee to operate the platform and fulfil your order, but your school sets the final sale price and receives the full value of their markup. Every item sold helps support school life.

4. How do the prices break down?
We believe in full transparency. On each product page, you'll see a breakdown of the base cost, our service fee, and the amount your school receives. It’s simple, everyday fundraising — made easy.

5. What kind of quality can I expect?
We use soft, durable materials (like cotton-rich blends) and professional printing to make sure your items look great and last.

6. Is ordering secure?
Yes! Our website is fully secure, and all payments are safely processed through Shopify Pay.

7. How long does delivery take?
Items are printed to order and typically arrive within 5 working days after printing. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

8. What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you realise you’ve selected the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before production begins. Each product page includes a detailed size guide — we recommend comparing it to something you already own for the best fit.
